Illinois manufacturers employ 650,000 people and contribute the single largest share of our state’s economy.

Throughout the course of history in the United States, manufacturers have played a key role in every historic event in Illinois and across America.

Our new Illinois Manufacturing Hall of Fame will forever memorialize and honor the people, products, and companies that have left an indelible mark on manufacturing, our state, and our nation.

These honorees come from every corner of Illinois… and represent different industries that have all had a huge impact on our world.

While our initial Hall of Fame is virtual, we have plans for an actual facility where people can visit and learn more about Illinois manufacturing and these inductees.

As you can imagine, the HOF Committee had a very difficult task to pick among the best of the best and our initial class of 17 inductees top the charts.
