Illinois Manufacturers’ Association Welcomes New Board Member
SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA) is proud to welcome John Kaiser to the IMA Board of Directors, building on a strong record of leadership on behalf of manufacturers across the state.
John Kaiser is an audit partner at RSM US LLP, the fifth-largest U.S. provider of accounting, tax and business consulting services. He spent the first 14 years of his career working out of RSM’s Chicago office before joining the central Illinois practice in 2016. As the market leader for RSM’s four central Illinois offices, he is responsible for employees across all lines of business, overseeing quality, managing client relationships and results. He holds numerous other leadership roles within RSM, including serving as the industrial products and international lead for central Illinois. The industrial and consumer products industry is a focus of Kaiser and the central Illinois practice.
A key team member in both the Peoria and Chicago offices, Kaiser oversees both regional and international client relationships, keeping Peoria connected to the firm across the globe. He is a passionate mentor to employees and leads the firm’s Birdies Fore Love annual fundraising campaign, which raised about $100,000 over a four-year period for organizations like St. Jude, CASA, Children’s Home Association and Easterseals Central Illinois. Kaiser is also a board member at EP!C, Center For Prevention of Abuse and The Neighborhood House, among other volunteer efforts. A Certified Public Accountant, Kaiser is a 2001 graduate of the University of Illinois.
