You are invited to participate in the 2017-2018 IMA Compensation Survey
The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association, Valley Industrial Assocation, and Newport Group (formerly Verisight, Inc.) invite you to participate in the 2017-2018 IMA Compensation Survey in partnership with VIA. All participants will receive a FREE electronic copy of the survey report. In addition, IMA/VIA members will receive significant discounts on custom reports.

Survey Overview
This survey covers approximately 194 jobs across 13 job families including jobs at the plant, supervisory, management, executive, and board level. Data will be collected on base pay, pay grades, and target incentive levels. The published results will contain compensation information for different geographies (e.g., Cook County, Northern IL), revenue levels, and number of employees. Newport Group will be conducting the survey as a third-party survey administrator. All individual data submitted will be kept strictly confidential, and no individual organization or employee data will be released. Survey results will be reported in aggregate to ensure confidentiality. In addition, Newport Group will review all submitted data to ensure that the results released are valid and representative of the participating organizations.

Below, you will find a unique link to the survey questionnaire, please click the link to start. Imbedded in this email you will find a participant guide, job descriptions, and a survey order form. If you do not have a specific job or if the data requested does not apply, please leave that question blank. The data submission deadline for this survey is Friday, April 14th All compensation data should be reported based on an March 1, 2017, effective date. Results are scheduled for release in August 2017.
