An IndustryWeek hosted webinar, sponsored by EXIM Bank: Tuesday, July 26, 1:00pm CT
One Hour Live Webinar — Free . . .
More than 50 percent of small and medium size exporters are overpaying taxes. IC-DISC is an IRS export tax credit program that enables small and medium business exporters to reduce their tax burden on products sold overseas.
In addition to overpaying taxes, most small business exporters are not protecting themselves from non-payment by foreign buyers. Export credit insurance is a straightforward policy that can cover up to 95% of your foreign receivables and lets you beat the competition by offering credit terms up front.
Readers have confirmed that exporting can be intimidating and confusing. To clear the fog and save money, this webinar will lay out step-by-step what you need to do and who is here to help.
If you are an SMB currently exporting or considering exporting, you won’t want to miss this webinar.
This panel includes Paul Ferreira with Export Tax Management and Jennifer Simpson with EXIM Bank and will cover:
- What are IC-DISC and Export Credit Insurance — in simple language for non-accountants to understand
- How to negotiate terms with foreign buyers
- Practical steps to start saving money and reduce risk on exporting now
