These visits have increased in number since the beginning of 2017, and many morph into criminal prosecutions of businesses, managers, owners and employees who allegedly hire undocumented immigrants. Fines are also increasing at a record-setting pace. Having the proper immigration compliance procedures in place is a must in today’s world.
